Service Description
ICE BATH & BREATHWORK BALLITO Build confidence in the cold with a guided Ice Bath and Breathwork session at Kico Life. Your session begins with 5 minutes of guided breathwork, helping you settle your breathing, prepare mentally and learn techniques you use when entering the cold. You’ll then have 30 minutes in the ice bath area, where our team will guide you through your cold-water immersion at a level that feels manageable for you. This is a great option if you’re new to ice baths, feel nervous about cold exposure, or simply prefer the support of guided breathing as part of your experience. Good for: • First-time ice bath users • Learning breathing techniques for cold exposure • Building confidence in the cold • Post-training recovery • Relaxation and mental reset • Anyone wanting a guided cold-water experience Session: 5 minutes breathwork + 30 minutes ice bath area
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment are eligible for a refund, less applicable processing/admin fees. Cancellations made 24–48 hours before your appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will forfeit 100% of the booking fee.
