Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment are eligible for a refund, less applicable processing/admin fees. Cancellations made 24–48 hours before your appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If the therapists is already on her way or at Kico then 100% of the booking fee. No-shows will forfeit 100% of the booking fee.
