Sauna & Ice Bath:
Our 6-person sauna and 4 ice baths will be open throughout the morning from 8-11am. Please note these spaces will be shared in a first-come, first-serve style. We kindly ask everyone to be mindful of time (20 minute sessions) so that all guests can enjoy the recovery experience. Think of it as an easy ebb and flow – hop in, refresh, and allow others the chance to do the same.
